Schedule Reports from a Report

  1. Click Reports and higlight the desired report.
  2. Click View.
  3. Define the report parameters.
  4. Click Run.
  5. From the run report, click Schedule.
  6. On the Schedule Report screen, enter the following information, where applicable:
    1. Job Title (required)
    2. Report Parameters
    3. Schedule
      1. Start Date (required)
      2. Start Time (required)
      3. End Date
      4. Repeat Every. Determine when and how often you want the report to run.
    4. Delivery
      1. Email Subject (required)
      2. Format (required)
      3. To: (required). Reports can be sent only to individuals in the system.
